Let's talk about money (or lack thereof)

One of the biggest issues of being a 15-year-old founder in the big bad start up world is not being taken seriously… I’ve tried to avoid this situation a lot as we were building Divvy, for example, we’re not raising capital until we’ve launched (or have a really significant MVP) and have something to show to investors rather than just an idea. We figure that if we knock on the doors of investors too early we run the risk of not being taken seriously because of how young we are.
